If you have a problem with an order we always try to be fair. Please contact us first to discuss the problem. If it's our mistake, we'll correct it ASAP. If it's something else, we'll work out a solution. We normally accept returns within 14 days after receipt of the order. We can only accept returns of unused products for obvious reasons.
